Refund policy

At Roastly Coffee, we take great care in delivering the finest coffee to you. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the items are delivered. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To raise a concern, kindly email us at hello@roastly.in with your order details and supporting photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Once your issue is verified (damaged, wrong, or defective product), you may choose between a replacement or a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note: No refunds will be issued for complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery or for minor packaging damage that does not affect the product quality.
