1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Roastly

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock

Payment issues or transaction failure

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Any unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Timeline (For Cancelled Orders)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be credited back to the original payment method

4. Prepaid vs COD Orders

Prepaid Orders: Eligible for refund as per policy

Cash on Delivery (COD): Can only be cancelled before dispatch

5. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
